My internet is slow

First, restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. Then run a speed test at fast.com — test over both Wi-Fi and a wired ethernet connection. If ethernet gives you the speed you are paying for but Wi-Fi does not, the issue is your wireless setup. Try moving closer to the router, connecting to the 5 GHz band, or asking about a Wi-Fi extender. If speeds are slow on ethernet too, contact our support team with your speed test results.
