My connection keeps dropping

Check that all cables between the wall, the ONT and the router are firmly connected with no visible damage. Make sure your router is not overheating — it should be in a ventilated area, not inside a closed cabinet. Try restarting both the ONT and the router. If the issue persists, report it to our support team and a technician will investigate, usually within 24 hours.
