Once your address is confirmed as covered, our certified technicians will visit within 24 to 48 hours. The on-site installation typically takes about one hour and includes running fiber cable from the nearest distribution point to your premises, installing the Optical Network Terminal (ONT), setting up your Wi-Fi router with a custom network name and password, and running a speed test to verify you are getting the speeds you are paying for.
